I have only had this ab trainer for 2 days but I can definitely feel the difference already. Didn't realize I was so out of shape, as far as my stomach muscles go. I personally go to a gym (planet fitness) 4 to 5 days a week but I only focus on upper body.

Not sure if I am using this right. Does hurt your knees and elbows. It is cheaper and better than some out there. Sturdy and has more cushion than most. Folds low enough to put away. May be returning for one with padded seat.
