I love this little heater. It was SO easy to set up. Just take it out, remove the packaging, plug it in, and go. It has worked perfectly from the start. The remote control is such a nice addition. I use it to "add" heat to the room on very cold days or just to remove the chill. You have to put this unit together, 1st attach legs or mounting bar. Then you have to unscrew 2 screws to remove the heavy glass front. Then you have to unscrew 2 screws that hold the carbon log decoration. Remove the log decoration, add 2 bags of crystal plastic rocks while the unit is laying down. Carefully replace the glass front, and replace 2 screws. Stand unit upright and clean fingerprints from glass. Ready to enjoy. This fireplace is mainly for atmosphere enhancement. It has heat that comes out the top. It is ok to heat 1 room. Two fan speeds. Basically a huge heavy piece of glass that is mostly a black frame around a small flame display. You can change colors on flame. Thermostat is not visible from front so you can't tell what its set at. This could be a problem if wall mounted. Remote is cheap and not responsive.     • Does not heat up a a small space
I bought this to heat up a small enclosed “porch” I used to have a very small heater that I had swivel back and forth but it wasn’t pretty and just didn’t fully heat it up. So I thought let me buy this!! Bad idea!!! I wish I didn’t give away my tiny swivel heater :( this thing is loud makes a constant noise and it doesn’t heat up the less then 100 sq foot area!! Before you are yes the porch is weathered and enclose and the tiny swivel heater was meant for a bathroom and heated that porch. I’m so disappointed!!! Go bigger or a different brand this one is just not good. I wish I would have tested it sooner to get my money back ... show more

    • Nice fireplace heater
I bought this heater for my sunroom. It is a good looking piece of furniture fully assembled with wheels. I just took it out of the box and plugged it in. Has book of directions easy to use. Gives off high and low heat and flame is nice. I am happy with my purchase.
