Quality is there, comfort is not at all. This is just maybe not the chair for me, I need more cushion and it'd a bit stiff. I decided to upgrade and thought this one looked really nice and had good reviews. I have updated My review stars ...comfort review remains the same, just not comfortable for me but everyone is different it's just not the chair for me is all. However I will say the sellers when I left my review reached out and they were kind, reasonable, understanding and eager to make things right. It was seriously amazing, props to these sellers, they are and were genuine with their concern and their want to help the situation with their product. It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs. I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn't *plush* but it is comfortable. I'm *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I'm about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it's comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I'm glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there's nothing wrong with it from our experience & I've certainly used worse! I'd have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I'm spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it's a great chair with a terrific price! ... show more

I gave an overall 3 because it is not big and tall, we have one of those and these two we bought here will not hold hold 400 lbs, it is not as wide as I thought, and it sits nicely but not as secure as I thought. I thought since it said 400 lb and big and tall chair it would be but I am 5ft 5 and I weigh about 175 and I fill the chair up. It is not tall on the back and that was not what I thought either seems it should be taller behind the head. I bought two of these thinking they would be much larger and more sturdy. I hope they last I am holding my breath on these. I would rank these like the ones you buy at Walmart at 89 is about what I think. Will let you know in a few more months. The price was a little high I think. But it is what it is. It also seems to lean a tad to one side and that is disturbing. I couldn't afford to buy two more expensive chairs at once and I trusted that the description would be all 100% correct but it is not. So next time spend a little more save more money and get a higher-quality chair. I think I was really fair in the review. I wish I could have said it was all the best but the description did not match up to the chair. But they are pretty. ... show more
