I purchased this to replace my high velocity box fan in my bedroom. The breeze it creates is different than a box fan, but it’s quite pleasant. It is keeping my space a bit cooler. It’s not loud, it makes just enough noise to know it’s there. It will be an adjustment as someone who sleeps well with lots of white noise. It’s tall enough to feel the breeze on while sitting on my bed, which is high above the floor. The base is super easy to install, and requires no tools. It’s quite tall, but vertically does not take up as much space as my old box fan! The remote works well, and it’s quite convenient. Solid fan. This is the second Lasko fan I purchased. I like this fan because it’s (relatively) quiet and delivers good airflow. The problem I had was the remote control did not work properly so I had to adjust the fan by hand. I called the representative who understood the problem and said she would send a replacement remote. I got an email a few days later saying the company that supplies the replacement Remote had it on backorder. I’m not sure when I will receive it otherwise this fan works well. ... show more

If you need this for your bedroom or home this is perfect! 3.5 ft tall and has 3 speeds. Also has a turbo speed and also has a long timer so if you’re leaving for the day, it will turn off in the hours you set it at. I love it! I got one for my bedroom because I use a box spring and my mattress sits on top of it so I’m already high from the ground so this stands at 3.5ft tall and it’s perfect! Way better then the square box fans that sit on the ground or takes up space on a table. Other slim fans are only 2-3ft tall and this is tall enough to fan the entire room and me while I’m in bed. Comes with a remote with same functions as the buttons on the fan. I highly recommend and their on sale right now on Amazon ... show more

I've only had this fan a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Easy to use, I like a remote, easy to assemble. Gives off a nice breeze, three levels. It's not too loud. On the lowest speed you can't even hear it. The price was reasonable. So far I would recommend this product, hope it lasts. I think this fan is fine. It's nothing spectacular. I used a tower fan while staying at an Air BnB and loved it because it felt like air conditioning and really cooled the room. I came home and tried replicating that and this fan falls short, for sure. I tried getting a medium price ranged one because I didn't know which one was good and didn't want to for over $130+ without knowing the outcome, but figured I'd need to spend more than the $35/$40. So...the review: It's huge. I'll say that. Although it's a tower fan, it's quite large. It is pretty easy to move if you're sharing between rooms but it's definitely a lot larger than I expected. It works. It pushes air around; that's true. It has 3 speeds and optional oscillation. It's got a remote, which I didn't know was now a deal breaker but it is. It's very convenient for when you're in bed and don't feel like getting up to adjust. I gave it 3 stars because it's just...fine. There is nothing wrong with it but it definitely falls short of my expectations. I'd have returned it if I hadn't torn up the box. I'll buy another one and give this to the kids. Final say is that you could probably get one just as good for $30 less ... show more
