I have this is a beautiful fireplace could not be pleased more with it. There is no assembly it’s plug and go. Very easy to operate. It did arrive damaged as you can see from the picture. It could have been packaged a little better, but damage is to be expected in shipping, sometimes.

This package was supposed to be delivered on 5/3. I was shipped from TN, then it went to VA, then to PA and then somehow it ended up in Huston. I tracked it daily and finally it was received in NJ on 5/9. Somewhere along the wait, it was damaged. I have attached pictures. It is a beautiful fireplace and it is a shame that it was damaged in transit. The flames and heating part are working fine. It is the outside of the item that suffered cracks and missing pieces. This is a fantastic fireplace! It came in a huge box. The box had a ton of holes in it and I thought for sure that it would be damaged but they pack it with a second layer inside that protected it very nicely. Opened the box, put some felt on the bottom to be able to move it without damaging the floors, tipped it up, plugged it into my alexa plug, connected it to my alexa app and said Alexa turn on my fireplace...it came on and it's absolutely beautiful. The only thing I wish it had was the crackling fire noise. It's just the look without the sound. Luckily alexa can do fire sounds too lol. I love it. So worth the money! My neighbors saw ours and now are getting one as well. 5*! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The e-Flame USA Kodiak LED Electric Fireplace Stove - Faux Wood and Stone Mantel with Remote - 3D Log and Fire comes already put together., right out of the box. I didn't want something that I had to put together myself so this worked out great! I don't know how long it's going to work but so far so good.The heat works well and the flame looks good. I wish they threw in a splash of red and blue but it is what it is. The crackling sound box was purchased separately but really makes it more realistic. Liked the remote, but as soon as I opened box this is what I saw. I couldn’t repair this if I tried. I’ve always been able to have them pick it up at my home. They are expecting me to lift this and drop it off at ups. No way I can. I had to have neighbors come help me bring it in. Would love to have one. I will be calling company!! Worst experience ever. 3 days later Jenna from Northbay to very good care of my situation. EFlame Northbay are wonderful and have beautiful fireplaces that look real. Is very heavy delivered by ups with only 1 driver to try and carry this think is impossible I really don’t see how 1 ups guy could delivered this and thought they had 70 pound single box limit?? To return I am supposed to take this beast back to ups myself it’s too bad because if was not broken it looks like would have been really nice in my Room not sure what to do from this point as any repair is out of my skill set and would at best be a patch job and not look as good as un damaged unit ... show more

I tried ordering this unit twice, from two different places and both times it came with the top and parts of the sides destroyed. Both places refunded me. It is too heavy to be shipped with standard delivery services, yet they refuse to ship it freight. The colors are more salmon than they show in the photos and the fire box is just ok. I’m not really sure what “real wood veneer” they are talking about, because this whole unit is fiberglass. Fiberglass that’s definitely going to flake off and get all over everything. It comes completely assembled. The app to turn it off and on it cool. Just avoid it. Find a rustic looking wood/mdf one. Save yourself the headache. Even if it came 100% perfect, it’s worth $450 at best. ... show more
