    • No Keys included - Strike plate and lock need to match your door jamb shape.

I love the look of these handles. I love how they feel and how they operate. However, there are a few things that I did not know to look for in door handles. The shape of the strike plate in the jamb and the door did not match. My installer had to chisel out every single door to get these to fit. After that, very easy installation. Second issue, no keys are included. Description says there are keys, but there are not. One door got accidentally locked and I could not locate keys anywhere. I asked the installer, the builder, everyone. They assured me no keys. After coming back to the original order, I found hidden away in one section of product details a way to open the doors without keys (push and turn the key slot). Problem solved, but if I had known up front, I may have opted for a different handle. In the end, no keys is not an issue for me. It could be for a larger household or a different situation for usage. ... show more

I received the first ones and installed them , to find out there is no key to the locks. So I received the replacement order & those have no key? What good is a lock handle if it doesn’t have a key to it? I love the handles, they look good, they are easy to install & they work great. Just can’t use them without a key. Kids will lock the doors and I want to be able to get in. What good is a lock door if there’s no key to get in? ... show more

The door know looks great and works as designed except there were NO keys in the box. Zilch zero keys. Already installed so I will keep and work around the no key issue. I would suggest inspecting the contents before shipping.
