The chairs are so comfortable! I had no idea how much camping chairs were, but I was shocked to learn they’re actually really expensive if you want nice once. While I wasn’t thrilled to pay a lot, I have to say these are worth it. Very high-quality, extremely easy to set up (literally did it while holding my toddler), love the cup holders, folding is easy, not heavy, and it’s really the perfect height! My husband is tall and said the height was perfect for his knees. Material is built to last and is very attractive in appearance. I’m happy to have something to lug to sports, the beach, and camping. Just back from a Stabyfest! A gathering of Stabyhouns and their families. This was perfect for my dog Indigo Bliksem, Indi for short, and I to rest in during breaks in the action, discussions or training sessions. Perfect for me and a grandson also. A little tight for two full sized adults.

My only complaint is that the seat is not nearly as padded as it appears in the product images. It’s a nice, sturdy chair even still. I think it may be an uncomfortable height for taller people but I’m 5 feet tall and my husband is 5’ 9” and it was just right for us.

    • Quality construction but cuts in behind my legs

Great quality product and for this we are really happy and would recommend it if it fits your legs. The only caveat is... My husband and I are the same height. 5' 6 1/2. Our inseam or Leg leangh is 30". When seated, both my husband and I experienced the same concerns. It cut in, mildly, under our thighs. We felt like over time, that sitting on this chair would only increase the pressure and discomfort the longer we sat, so we regrettable returned it. We purchased the Kelty brand instead and we are very happy with the durability of the construction and quality of the "Kelty Double Camp Chair" and our dog Tug loves it too! ... show more

This double camping chair feels like having a comfortable sofa in the woods. I was able to enjoy a nice camp fire while sitting with my dog. The chair was easy to open, to clean, to put away, very stable, and most importantly my 55 pound dog loved it.
