Works as expected and has great features , app is easy to use ,however , apparently hot days and air conditioning indoors creates humidity inside door and collects on lock and caused keypad to be inoperable . Removed collected water and operations resumed .

I had a lock by Kwik set that ran beautiful for four years. This brand allowed me complete control and knowledge of whom was entering and exiting my home from anywhere around the world!! I was able to lock, unlock, add and delete user access from anywhere. THIS BRAND! I have to be within 2 meters to do anything!!! Or I gotta buy 2 other devices to make it work like my last kwikset. They discontinued the Kwik set for this inconvenient device.. smh I'm looking to get rid of all Amazon products now ... show more

    • Works well as a deadbolt, but don't be fooled its only a deadbolt.
I may be at fault for not reading well, but I had an idea that this would be a deadbolt and door handle, but it's strictly just the deadbolt portion so be warned. Takes 4 AA batteries. Easy installation, but I am a dummy for not realizing I need a door handle to open my door now. I believe one of the pictures misled me a bit because it looks like all you need is the one piece, but, again, my fault for not reading. Quality wise it seems solid and durable with a metal casing. The bluetooth function works well and I like having the fobs to give to friends or guests. ... show more
