I have a Airbnb apartment which is quite far from my house. I used to have a local friend helping out. It’s hard for me to monitor the guests check in/check out time. This lock solved the problem. I am notified the exact time. I can remotely set up the code, and invalid the code. It’s so easy to set it up. The lock is very solid, it’s very heavy! Much better than the locks you buy from Home Depot! It only took me 10 minutes to install it with the existing holes. You will get warnings when battery is low, remind you to replace it before it dies. But the worst case, you have the spare key! The media could not be loaded. This is a review of the S210BL model. I bought this model due to the features of having smart unlocking options like finger print, key card, manual code entry, phone app unlock and finally real key unlock. It is well built (heavy and nice finish). I would have given it 5 stars if not due to the pain in installation. First off, the locking mechanism part that goes in the door hole isn't standard size and so had to use chisel and file to make it fit. Next bigger issue, the model came with the handles facing right and I needed them to face left. I don't know why the seller doesn't have option to pick what side the handle is in the listing. I found out later that I needed to send a note to CS. It was easy to switch the handle on the non smart handle. The smart handle base with 8-10 screws had to be removed and then another 4 screws for the internal housing holding handle and then got to changing direction (see pics). 15 mins job it wasn't. After figuring out how to put it back together, the rest of installation was easy. In order to use the smart features, you have to install the Tuya smart app and register. The app allows to set up a passcode which was annoying as it would not let me set up a 6 digit code. The smart card and finger print were easy to setup. ... show more

I ordered this Keyless Door Lock to install on the door at the top of my basement stairs. The first thing I noticed is that it feels very heavy duty and it is nice looking. It did not come with the four AAA batteries it needs to use the passcode and thumbprint reader, but it was easy for this old senior to remove the old door knob and install this fingerprint door lever. This lock can be opened with one of the two included keys. After installing the Tuya app, it can be unlocked with a smart phone, without using an email, if you click on guest, but you must be within a few feet, for it to work. I had to verify an email address in order to set up fingerprints and passwords. I did not have to add any personal information. I set up fingerprints for my spouse, my grandchild, and myself. I added passwords for each of my grown children. They have all worked flawlessly. I love the fingerprint scan. It is so much easier, and faster, than entering a passcode. If the batteries go dead, the lock can also be unlocked, if you plug in a charger, like for charging your phone remotely. Also, if you have never had door levers, they are so much easier to turn to open, than regular door knobs. ... show more

This keyless lock super easy to install it. I had to replace old one that I have been used for last 8 years and stopped working recently. We are not used to with key entry anymore. So, we want to another keyless lock. We has been installed for one week so far and works great.
