I love this air fryer. I had one similar a few years ago but decided I wanted the fancy Emeril one. So gave the smaller one away that I really liked. The Emeril is a horrible machine, what a bad move on my part. So searched Amazon and I found this one. The reviews were mostly good so I bought myself one and my daughters family one... Very pleasing to the eye but the crisper try has a piece on it that is very fragile and flimsy. Mine broke during placement. Might have time turn. I don't want to ask I have already parted with the dryer that I had. Just be VERY careful with the handle part in the center of the tray. Not durable at all. ... show more

I love this fryer. Easy to use and easy to clean. Food comes out great. But after purchasing two of these units, and running into problems with both, I am going to avoid this product now. First time was a very slight design issue where the basket would not engage a sensor and would not turn on. This occurred with the 2nd unit too, but I was able to take apart and improve on their design to avoid that issue. Now, during the running of this unit, the display started flashing and an alarm started beeping. Again, I am going to take the unit apart to see what the problem might be. I got a feeling that this will not be as easy a repair. Next time I am going to have to go with a product that has a support line in the US and not overseas. ... show more
