Compared to others on the market this Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven is solid and well built; you can feel and see its top quality right out of the box. Very easy to use once I read the manual. Beware: It did not come with the grill plate even when the listing does say grill plate is web exclusive. An assumption is web exclusive means on Amazon site. Why even mention it if it’s not included? Emeril Lagasse has a web site where you can purchase the gril plate, large crisper pan and other accessories. The only negative is the rotisserie did not work with a 4 lb chicken because its roundness (OD) was too big and would rub on the pan causing the rotisserie spit to pop out at one end. I purchased some meat netting which I will put on the chicken next time to see if the netting will help tighten the chicken’s roundness. If your looking for a family size Rotisserie for a 12 lb turkey, large chicken or two chickens, prime rib, ham etc. then look at the Ronco ST5000PLAT Digital Showtime Rotisserie, Platinum Edition found on Amazon. I have one and it’s great but for your smaller quick meals then this Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven is great as it will do everything you need. I love that it is dual zone. I suggest reading all its advantages and watching videos. You will need to plug this in on a dedicated electrical outlet because it uses 1750 watts and 14.58 amps. Note: I did a temperature test on my Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone 360 Air Fryer Oven and it passed. Always test your oven temperature for accuracy with a digital thermometer because even when it says 400 degrees it may be only 325 degrees. I say this from experience. I tested two Kalorik MAXX air fryers and both of them had temperatures which fluctuated and were way off the mark. ... show more

Been using it more than the oven since I mainly cook for 2. Essy to use. One downsize is the Led screen. Ofter a few usage, the screen started messing up to read. I found moving one knob makes the screen come back but it still disappears once moving the other knob.

My husband and I love,love,love the Emeril Lagasse oven!! I can not express how well the Emeril Lagasse oven works. I m a pretty good home chef but with this oven, my husband says amazing and yummy food BOOM!! Finger licking good!! SLURP!! They do say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. No joke! The air fryer turns up the heat on bbq chicken, Kansas city ribs, honey mustard chicken thighs that falls right off the bone. Porkloin that is so moist and juicy that your taste buds do a happy dance. With the included rotisserie you don't need to give your cornish game hen and a whole chicken a salt and lemon bath for 24 hour. ( you can if you want to just no need for it) The food will cook perfectly moist on the inside and crispy skin on the outside. Extremely delicious food! The oven cooks corn bread, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies, apple pie like a champ. Next treat I want to try will be homemade bread like my mom makes!! The toaster makes perfect toast, English muffins, tuna or crab melt, spinach artichoke dip simply endless possibilities with this oven. Puts a whole new spin on the classic "easy bake oven". Don't be afraid the try any new or old recipe. You will not be disappointed! Each setting is timed perfectly for anything your heart and stomach desires. The Emeril Lagasse oven is the perfect size and a great addition to our 5th wheel and home use when not traveling. I have used all the accessories that came with the oven and love them all. I was a little disappointed it did not came with the grill it showed in the pictures. I will just purchase that on the side. Note: break down the box for recycling and you will find the operating instructions and additional cooking pans under the Styrofoam packing at the bottom of the box. Each of our 7 adult children will get the Emeril Lagasse oven for Christmas this year! This oven deserves a higher then 5 star rating because it is the rock star of our kitchen!!! I ordered this oven in July. All the rotisserie parts were missing and the oven had a bend on the left side, front and bottom. I decided to keep it. It was $100 dollars less and It worked good as an oven. I made an air fried chicken which came out perfect and juicy. So the reason why I give it 3 stars is because of missing parts which were not mentioned on the sale description. And the rotisserie width and height it is too small for anything bigger than a very small chicken. I wouldn’t recommend. Not convenient if you’re looking for a rotisserie oven. ... show more
