The media could not be loaded. A quality product is a quality product, there is no denying that position. The Emeril Lagasse 26 quart air fryer/convection oven combination with French Doors is a quality product. On receiving this oven, I was immediately taken by the size of the unit and the accessories that came with the unit. It seems as though serious thought about how the oven would or could be used was put into designing the oven. There are tons of reviews, so I'll keep mine brief. The oven came in a very sturdy box that ensured no damage on arrival. Inside the box, the oven was secured tightly with Styrofoam and everything was protected. There were no scratches to the stainless steel, and no way that could be scratched, the packing and packaging are top notch. Once everything was removed from the box, you can see how many items you receive for using the oven, these include rotisserie spit (3 pieces), the drip pan, a grill plate, a wire basket attachment, two lifting apparatus, a broiling pan, and a wire rack. There is quite a bit for an air fryer/convection oven. On using the oven, I immediately enjoyed the layout of the control panel. It has multiple options, some baked in, but all of them configurable. The control panel can address any type of food you might need to prepare. Browsing through the manual and the over, you quickly see that the attachments fit easily and with little effort. When I say that thought went into the design, I mean items like the drip tray, which is easily removable for cleaning, and the lifting apparatus that allow you to move racks quickly without having to worry about oven gloves. The oven heats evenly and looks great doing it, I absolutely love this replacement for my older air fryer and I expect it to have many years of useful life too! ... show more

I LOVE IT ~ ~ ~ I read lots of the reviews and decided on this one and glad I did !!!! It has a Pre-Heat setting which my other one that was Half The Size of This One.... didn't have ~ and this new one is so easy to operate and I just hope that it continues to work perfectly ~ ~ Love the looks of it and the light inside is really bright (which I like) looking forward to doing a chicken in it using the rotisserie which should be fun! This is PERFECT and a really Attractive Air Fryer ~ love the swing doors and the space it gives you inside! You won't go wrong getting this one.... I'm a Very Satisfied Customer! ... show more

    • Very Nice, Flexible Replaces A Few Appliances
I'm not particularly impressed by a brand, so the fact Chef Emeril endorses or helped designed this unit or whatever, is of no consequence to me. I have two questions: does it work and is it a good value for its price. To the first question, it works very well. It can employ so many ways of cooking, e.g. grilling, baking, toasting, air frying, warming and more. This makes it an easy replacement for my previous air fryer (nothing wrong with it, I just wanted more capacity), my toaster oven, tabletop grill and for the most part, the oven on my range. To the second question, the price I paid, which was a sale price, was worth it for the functionality and accessories and flexibility of the unit. Most of the presets are handy but if you've been using an air fryer for a while, you're probably familiar with times and temperatures to use for whatever you're cooking so it's a plus you can easily dial in custom settings if you want to. It's pretty easy to clean and to keep clean in the first place because of its size. One thing that bit me was not thinking to use the bake pan when doing anything involving the lower heating elements and if cooking something that drips. I had to clean them once because I forgot that. Two things I don't like are the French doors; though they are a nice feature, they not only operate together but they'll slam if you don't hold them until they close all the way, which isn't damaging but it is annoying; and the other is the beeps, which are entirely too loud, so that I had to turn them off, which I don't like because I like being notified it's time to turn something or cooking is done. Small things, but I did deduct a star for those. A few have complained about the text on the doors that indicates what level to use for various cooking tasks, but I don't mind it and stopped even noticing it after a week or so. Some have also expressed concern about escaping steam that condenses near the control button. This hasn't been bad for me, and I honestly don't see what problem it could cause even in the long run. If you're uncomfortable with it, I'd suggest a piece of folded paper towel strategically placed may absorb most or all of that condensation. Overall, I'd recommend this unit. I have had it for a little over two months and no issues so far. It cooks thoroughly, has a variety of functions (some I haven't explored yet) and the build quality is good. ... show more

I cook everything in this! The instructions are easy to follow and cleaning is so easy. The sides and top do not get very hot, but the glass doors get extremely hot, so be careful with that. The cool down, fan, feature is great and cools the entire unit down very quickly. Would definitely recommend!
