I've had it for 2 weeks and have airfried both turkey and pork bacon, hard boiled eggs, chicken wingettes, jumbo blueberry muffins. All turned out great, and this is my very first air fryer ever. What I do like: it cooks evenly (I reviewed videos on how to do this); timer on when to turn food; ability to adjust temperature and time during cooking, versatility of cooking modes (i.e., airfry, bake, dehydrate, broil, toast, grill, and so much more), easy to clean the insides, food taste good, easy to operate. I can see myself using the stove top less and using the air fryer more as soon as I get comfortable in doing more things with it. I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend reading the instructions first prior to using. What I don't like: the loud alert beeps (I wish we had control over the volume and the amount of beeps); I wish it had a separate/ dedicated preheat setting; I wish that the fryer basket was easier to clean. All these weren't enough to take away stars, just annoyances if anything. I also recommend lining the drip tray and baking tray with aluminum foil to make for easier clean-up between use, and using air fryer unbleached parchment paper to line your fryer basket. So far, so good. It looks stylish, but will smudge pretty easy. The oven is durable and works well. I have only made some chocolate chip cookies. They turned out pretty evenly baked, but there was some uneven browning. It wasn't too bad though. The oven itself will heat up, so you'll need to keep it out of reach from younger kids. My brand new stove, oven went out within the first month and don’t want to repair it so I thought I would give this a try for now, it’s stainless and looks good, double doors are easy to use, mine stay open and don’t slam shut, has different levels for what you are cooking, smells first time on but quickly goes away, I have baked a loaf of bread out of a can, would drop it to 325 because it was a little overcooked but browned very nice. Pizza was evenly browned and have your item in oven as it pre heats, pans are easy to clean and is worth the money, if you have a large family I suggest you purchase the largest one and will not disappoint, this will work for me until the oven issue is resolved, I set this on my island when I cook to give it plenty of air circulation, don’t want a fire hazard which this does stay quite cool even for baking for thirty minutes, it’s Emeril what else is their to say!!!! Okay so I would like to update I just baked a large can of biscuits used the middle shelf dropped to 325 degrees for ten minutes and placed on the baking sheet, they turned out perfectly!!! This. Thing. ROCKS! In addition to doing everything my large 10Qt. air fryer does, it can also fit one of those Costco Motor City Pizza Co.'s pizzas. The build quality is exceptional, from the dial to the doors it's clear Emeril wanted to put his name on a quality piece of culinary engineering. There's a set-it and forget-it feeling to cooking a wide variety of items that I didn't feel with my Air Fryer and being able to monitor my food through the glass doors is a feature I didn't know I needed so badly, until I had it. From the pure joy of crispy french fries, frozen to perfection chicken breasts -to- the simplicity of toasting bread or rotissering a pork loin, I've been delighted with cooking using this Air Fryer, toaster, baker, broiler, etc. consistently. I’ve been using this quite a bit for about a month. It’s becoming my go-to for daily cooking along with my InstantPot and blender. I’d say this is a great choice for someone who lives alone and doesn’t want a lot of appliances. Like: Lots of features, compact (if you wanted that), inserts for various kinds of cooking, digital display, cooks pretty darn fast. Don’t like: Small, VERY loud screeching timer beep (though you can turn it off temporarily),, French doors won’t open all the way or stay open if you try to put it within six inches of a side wall. I had a much larger toaster oven before I “upgraded” to this smaller one, so I am very biased. The advertisement made it sound like it was really big, and it’s not. I absolutely love this air fryer. We’ve only had it a few weeks, but we use it multiple times every day. Eggs came out perfectly. The high temperature along with the grill makes excellent steak. Rotisserie produced an awesome pork tenderloin. And we use it all the time to air fry, frozen foods, everything from frozen egg sous vide to meatballs. My package was missing the handle for the grill. I contacted Customer Service, and although their response was quite slow, a replacement part is now on its way. My request did come over the holiday break, so I’ll cut them some slack and not dock them on this review. The product is excellent.
