Had the chair for 2 months. Didn’t use it until Sept when my son moved on campus. He sat back in the chair( like an normal human being does when stretching) and the chair broke. It’s a shame b/c it was a comfortable chair.

This chair looks and feels like an expensive desk chair. It supports my back really well and cushions my lower body nicely. The only downside was assembling it. The instructions aren’t the clearest but it’s definitely understandable. I would still recommend this chair.

Cosmetically it’s perfect along with the color and size but there seems to be a problem with this chair tilting forward when I’m sitting in it. I read the other reviews before I bought it and saw Other complaints about the chair tilting forward but figured I’d take a chance. I was wrong, it seems to be a common theme with this chair. Bunch of parts in a box with random words on how to assemble. Don't buy this if you don't have past experience putting things together. That being said, once it's together, it's a nice chair.

Chair was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble (I saw several reviews that mentioned they had trouble figuring it out, but by my standards it was very easy to understand). Chair is very comfortable. If you are an overweight person, you may find that the arms could be a little snug where they come up from the seat (I'm a healthy woman), but after using it a few times, fits nicely. Have been using this chair for 4 months now. A couple of months in, the chair started going down on its own. If you turn while seated, it loses the air in the cylinder underneath the chair and just slowly goes down. I reached out to them and they will be sending me the part that should hopefully fix it, ONCE it becomes available. The chair is uncomfortable if you have to sit on it the whole day, like I do. I work from home and have a terrible backache after work. We have zeroed in on the cause of the backache to this chair. I used to work in an office and for longer hours due to the industry I am in and never had this issue. ☹️ It looks nice and goes with my color scheme but I’m so bummed it’s causing me physical discomfort and pain!
