Bought this for my husband for his birthday because where we work he gets extremely hot and he’s always complaining about overheating. Well, he was wearing it and other people have seen it and now they’ve all gotten the link for me and ordered their own. So now at work, there’s probably six or seven of these things floating around and other people are talking of ordering them as well. Thank you so much for this product. It has been a game changer. Also want to add that it holds a nice charge. He has to charge it maybe twice a week and that’s running it every single day 10 hours a day nearly. He especially loves the fact that it has different settings. Low, medium, and high. And the fact that the air circulates all the way around back of the neck and on the sides. He feels like it gives him so much more than if the fan were to just blow right underneath the face. People have said that it is a little louder than they thought it would be, but that is a small price to pay for something that keeps you from overheating when you work in a stifling Lee hot environment every day all day. Leslie, I would like to adhere that the women that I know of who have purchased this fan are very happy with the fact that there are no blades. I love this portable neck fan so much. I use it around the house, at work, school, just sitting at my desk at home, when I'm outside, basically I use it everywhere. It helps keep me cooler. I hate sweltering hot and humid weather (aka summer), so I use this all the time. It has 3 speeds and I've never used above the 1st speed. I've recommended it to several ppl because they meantioned needing a neck fan to help keep them cooler as well. Weights not bothersome. Charge last forever. Great quality neck fan imo. It does it's job well for the price point and while it's obviously not cold like air conditioning, the breeze is enough to cool you down while working outside or sitting inside where there is no AC. Bought a couple of these personal fans and a few other clip-on types as well for when we primitive camp and they have made life bearable in the sweltering heat. Gifted my brother who works in the heat and golf’s a bunch with a pair and he uses it often. They blow air across the back of the neck (as well as from the sides) which is ideal. Anyone with any size neck (child, teen, adult) can wear them for their intended purpose. The weight is good. Not too heavy but heavy enough that they won’t fall off. Balance is good as well. It doesn’t really shift or slip/slide while wearing it. The materials it’s made of are plastic of course but it’s not brittle or flimsy. Tho I imagine leaving them in sunlight for prolonged periods of time might make them brittle over time. Uses, and comes with, a usb-c charger. It has a tiny red light near the charging port that blinks while it’s charging and then stays a solid red once it’s fully charged. It has 3 speeds. One button controls the on/off feature as well as the speeds and it is set flush with the mould of the rest of the plastic so you won’t accidentally turn it up/off if you want to adjust it while wearing it. It doesn’t have a battery-life indicator on it and there is no way to tell how charged it is (once it’s off the charger) which is a minor detail when you have a constant power source but can be a pain if you’ve got a limited power supply. That being said, it doesn’t draw too much power from a power bank. My son who has shoulder length hair loves it and uses it even while sitting under a blanket. I was worried about his hair getting caught up in it but it appears the fans are well protected as that hasn’t happened. It’s a fan, so it’s going to push whatever air you have around you through it. Meaning, if it’s hot out, it’ll be pushing slightly less hot air thru the fan. It’s, to me, equivalent to sticking my feet out of a blanket to cool off. I like the look too. ... show more

I ride my back to work in all kinds of weather till I get my truck fixed but the heat is the absolute worst.. This neck fan barely did anything to help. It blows hot air in high heat temperatures. And on its highest setting, it’s not enough of a breeze to keep my face from sweating.. If you’re going to buy this and you work indoors like I do, where the AC is on but barely running, this neck fan will do pretty good, not at all great but passable. My 2 biggest issues if the fan ONLY cools your neck up to the bottom of your ears and no higher. Where the images show your hair being blown in 360 directions is completely false. Your face will still be hot, your forehead will still sweat.. and this breeze this fan gives wont be too noticeable.. Another con, the on & off switch, is so FLUSH! You can never find it unless u take off the fan & stare at it till you see the small logo to push. ALSO, it’s soooooo flush that u can turn it on and off by mistake and not even know. I turned it off, put it in my locker and returned hrs later to see it was back on, because my raincoat sat on the button. I put it in my backpack turned off, and found it on again hrs later because something brushed into it. Overall, I’m not satisfied with it, I can barely say I recommend it.
