The beads in this kit are very nice. However, the directions are confusing and definitely not meant for a 6 year old to assemble. My husband and I had a difficult time making sense of the directions!

There are some cute beads but this is overpriced for what it is. It does not come with clasps and the string that it comes with is not stretchy, so my kid was limited to making either a few very long necklaces that could go over head, or stuffed animal jewelry.
