Love it! The Jenenseries chainsaw comes in a nice carrying case and comes fully assembled that save me time putting it together, love the chain guard that not only avoid fingers from getting cut accidentally yet it is hand turn ans don't need to adjust with tools as well as safety lock . the saw is light weight easy to use with one hand, easy maneuverable yet enough power to get the job done. this mini chainsaw is light yet works fast, I would say 10 times faster than hand pruning, even for older man with shoulder pain and knee problem have not excuses falling behind yard works. I done hard pruning on an overgrown pomegranate tree and a persimmon tree, cut down the branches, and cut the limbs to small pieces for the trash collector. also trim an Apple tree, a peach tree, 2 cherimoya trees and 2 crape myrtle and still do not have to switch battery, the battery life is really impressive. Best of all of all the ease of taking the chain on and off gave this saw a big advantage over the competitors. And for someone who are using a chainsaw, or any electric saw for the first time, I feel safe and un-intimidated using this small saw and I believe I can save a few hundred bucks pruning the trees in my other property myself. Wouldn’t recommend, got as a Christmas gift. Used 3 or 4 times, no longer works. UPDATE to my review, after contacting Jenenseries about my faulty chainsaw, they immediately replaced it! New one works great! Great customer service!
