This is a great pan! I purchased this to start replacing my 3 Always Pans that after 2 years are starting to degrade and fall apart. I have used this pan multiple times. It cooks evenly and is very easy to clean! The best part about this pan? The LID!! I love the handle on the lid which allows you to easily keep from burning your hand when lifting it. Additionally, the lid has a steam vent in it so there is less chance of it having any boil over issues if you make any one pan meals. This is the PERFECT replacement for the Always Pan. Significantly lighter weight, heats more evenly, and I have yet to burn my hand on the lid while it was an every time I cooked occasion with the Always Pan lid! ... show more

Would have liked to have more color choices but the cream is nice looking. Absolutely easy clean & no sticking at all!! Has a vent hole in the cover but doesn’t vent steam well so there’s a lot of condensation… just keep the cover slightly ajar. Will buy other sizes!
