This weight belt is great. It’s really all you need as far as a weight belt goes. The pull up gains and dip gains I have gotten since throwing a 25 on here or drop setting with 10 and 5 pound plates have been significant. Take your lifts to the next level and put on more size you got this.

As title says, you get what you pay for, my chains had some sharp points that poked me and had to be filed down, otherwise does the job at a great value that helps with entry into these types of lifts. Maybe a little stiff overall but the whole assembly has been enough to bounce around with 90 on

I use this for weighted pull-ups and dips using kettle bells and it's been great. I wanted to get a few good hard workouts out in before I wrote a review. Though I only use a 45lb kettle bell, I do a lot of reps and after careful inspection of the belt, it looks like new. The padded inside is nice and breathable and I don't plan on using more than say, 60lbs with it, so I don't feel as though a more expensive belt is needed. This thing should last well long enough until I need to buy another. It's added a whole new level of intensity to my workouts and after only about a week, I've made noticeable improvements. Highly recommended if you're not planning on putting 180lbs on it. I mean, it may hold, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you're a dip and pull-up freak like me, the ability to add just a few pounds greatly enhances my workout. One of the best fitness purchases I've made off of Amazon. ... show more

I left this belt at my Gym that is 24-hours and anyone can use it throughout the day. Needless to say: People at my Gym use and abuse it! I have had 100LBS on it doing Neutral Grip, Chin-ups and it didn't bust, tear, rip--nothing bad. For $20, I am impressed. How long will it last? Who knows... But if it's for personal usage, you should have no problem with it for a very long time. Oh... and it's comfortable--which is really great! And it comes with a nice, thoughtful holder that can be clipped onto your backpack,too. Lastly, the chain length is just right--45 plates, 100 plates, kettle-bells--no problem--and there is plenty of room for the widest of waists. Great product--a must buy! ... show more

I only do weighted dips or pull-ups occasionally, so I didn't want to spend a lot on a belt to accomplish that. I was worried this was going to be one of those "too good to be true" products at $9.99. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's sturdy and comfortable. If you connect the weight correctly, it easily handles a 45 lb plate. I can't imagine myself ever needing more weight than that, so I'm extremely happy with this purchase. If you're going to be adding super heavy weights, you're probably pretty serious and don't mind investing in equipment that might have a few more bells and whistles. But, if you're realistically not going to be adding more than 45 lbs to do your dips and pull-ups, this should meet your needs quite well. If that's the case, why spend more? ... show more

This is a nice weight belt for home use. The chain isn’t as hefty as I was expecting, but so far, it’s held up the modest weights I’ve used. Recently I used it with 30 pounds for some dips and it was fine. I’d look somewhere else if I were planning on using much heavier weight loads - like 75 to 100 pounds. But for an old geezer like me for use in my garage, it is a good value for the money. The belt fits comfortably around my waist when in use. The caribener clips are kind of small, but again, they work for the weights and frequency with which I use this belt. ... show more
