this fireplace warms my small living room very well. It is easy to put together and the electric fireplace looks nice. The only thing that I found a bit off what the very tiny hand starter which was so small it disappeared into some corner of my living room. The media could not be loaded. I am so please and happy with my purchase, the fireplace it looks very pretty, is made of compressed wood, quality looks good, in general looks very nice, however has some minor details such as some small gaps between some of the pieces, that can be easily fixed , color is pure white, is smooth, functions with the flames and heater at the same time or just the flames, no parts were missing, value for the money is good, i only tried the heating element twice and worked perfectly, temperature control is good, and warmed immediately the room, i am not going to use the heater since I live in Florida , i bought separately the fire sound , Recommended. ... show more

After checking out reviews I have to admit my expectations were relatively high. It definitely looks as expected, it’s a good size, I like the flame, it looks pretty realistic for the price. My issue comes from the construction. It would have been much easier to build if the screws for mounting the fireplace component had actually been the correct size. They were too short. We also had great difficulty screwing the screws that were long enough that we happened to already have into the surround. It took at least 90 minutes to build with painful untwisting of screws with a pliers included in the timeframe to get it put together. ... show more
