  • Easy to Transport
This entire kit comes all together easy to transport. It has everything you need to get started paddleboarding. Even the paddle comes in 3 segments. We have only gotten to use it in the pool so far, but we are very excited to give it a try on the lake when it warms up. It feels very durable and looks sleek. Pumping it up takes maybe 5 or 10 minutes and quite a bit of effort. ... show more

  • Initial Impressions... will update once I get this on the water
Let me begin by stating that this is only an unboxing review, as I have not had the chance to get it out on the water. The SUP was packaged quite well and all parts were included. The instructions were clear but appeared to not be product-specific. There were references to double fins on the board and a single/double action valve on the pump. This board only has one fin and no such valve on the pump. So the instructions were a bit misleading. The instructions stated that once inflated, you could slide in the fin and lock it in place with the push-in pin. It was impossible to slide in the fin by hand, I was forced to use a soft mallet. My hope is that the fin receiver becomes easier to slide into after several uses. Time will tell. Like most other reviews, the manual pump takes forever to get the board to the recommended PSI. It is quite the workout. I plan to invest in an electric pump for sure. Rolling up the board wasn’t too bad and I was able to get it into the carrying bag just fine. The included tie strap helped a lot. Everything fit in the bag with room to spare. I guess you could throw a towel and a few other items in there. I am not sure that I trust the waterproof phone bag, so I will need to test it first. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and I am looking forward to getting this board out on the water soon. I'll be sure to update my review once I get this out on the water. ... show more

  • Great paddle board, quick and easy to transport and pump up
This is the best transportable paddle board I have encountered It took about 10 min to pump up with the included manual pump But once that was done, the board was rigid and yet light enough to transport And it’s long, really long - good enough for 2 adults or a group of small kids There’s a aluminum paddle that breaks down into 3 sections, fin and patch kits And other non-essential accessories which I don’t know why they included Everything fits into this large canvas bag with shoulder straps for easy transport ... show more

  • Easy to travel with
Easy to set up and be ready to go within 10 minutes. So easy to transport with the backpack and not having to attach to a roof like one that isn’t inflatable. The backpack could use some pockets just for convenience with carrying things. Board is sturdy and great for people new to paddle board and don’t get out too often. ... show more

  • Quality colorful board
The media could not be loaded. The board I got was freshly manufactured and had a fresh paint odor. The material is extra thick and the materials feel premium with vibrant colors. The kit includes a hand pump which is labor intensive so I used an electric two stage pump instead that was purchased separately. The paddle has a light weight aluminum pole with plastic paddle and very adjustable in length. Surface has a soft grippy foam pad and board feels super rigid at recommended psi. Single fin slides in and out requires some effort but it’s doable. Feels durable and high quality. ... show more

  • Five-star board but wrong instruction booklet
The media could not be loaded. There is a lot to like about this board. It is really large yet lightweight. The product description lists the board at 20 lbs. but the total package (including the box) weighed 30.8 lbs. so keep in mind that the bag and accessories will add a few more lbs., but still a lightweight and gorgeous board. Great graphics and really nice design. If you've never used an inflatable board before, they are really quite stable and easy to use. You can row standing up or if more comfortable, in a kneeled position. This one is large enough to lay out on for the average sized person (see pic). I have another surfer gear brand name board similar to this that we bought at a big box warehouse club a few years ago and love it. Now with this, we can go out together on our local pond. The price is similar to what we paid 2-3 years ago, and our board is now 50% more than that today so this is a good deal. It was easy to get it all together and pretty intuitive, especially since we already have a similar board. The manual starts off with a very good safety section warning about open water with currents or whitecaps. It is also very specific on the proper inflation range, but I could not figure out why the manual said 12-20 lbs., but the pump gauge and label on the board said 12-15. I would never go over the minimum to start and then only add if I had to. We've always used 12 on our other board and that's been perfect, and believe me, it's a lot of work to add air once you get to the point where the gauge actually registers a number. I'm also wary of the gauge accuracy so if the board feels like a rock at 12, that works for me. Then I noticed a few conflicts in the instruction booklet. First, it showed two fins, when this board clearly uses only one. When I was inflating the board, I felt no pressure on the upward stroke, which you should definitely feel on a two-way valve pump as described in the instructions. I looked again, and the booklet diagram showed a valve to go from one-way to 2-way which was not present on this pump. I went back and read the product description which showed one fin and a one-way pump. Then I noticed that the booklet pictured the "Breeze" model and not this "Forest" model, so that seems to be the issue. So anyway, those aren't big issues. Our other board has one large fin like this which is fine. It does have a 2-way pump, but I actually liked this 1-way better as it was less strenuous. Took me about 9 minutes to fully inflate at a fairly leisurely pace. The pump barrel was well-lubricated and didn't even get warm from friction. Had to make sure the hose was screwed on squarely and tightly to the pump. And then the board end locked on and came off easily. I thought the accessories were also very nice including the paddle, with marks for height, though there were no instructions for its assembly, it was pretty easy and I liked how the adjustable part locked together. The leash had no instructions either, but I assume you would put it around one of the d-rings. I liked the high-quality swivel points on the leash. Also came with a waterproof pouch, repair kit and a nice top-loading drawstring storage along with a cinching strap to wrap up and carry the clean, dry, fully deflated board. Then stretch netting on the board was a nice addition for carrrying things, as were the camera mount, and extremely comfortable slip-resistant area to stand on, kneel on or lie down on. My only concern was the instruction manual and possible issue if someone wanted to inflate this board about 15 psi. That needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. Also for future design updates, the pump area pressure wording had one typo (spelled "recommenden" instead of "recommended"). Totally unimportant but just mentioning for the seller's benefit. Adding an internal pocket to existing the carry bag outside pocketes, might also be nice to keep the accessories (like the fin) secure and separated from the board. Otherwise, it’s a great product that we can't wait to use this summer! ... show more
