Great indoor camera that has a very nice picture to it. Very easy to set up, plug in , and use. Works great with the app. Very quiet when rotating to different views and doesn’t get hot like some other brands. Would definitely recommend.

Patrolling feature which enables the camera to track moving targets is very nice. Access to recordings is very intuitive and GUI is very responsive and well designed. We had an issue with our order and contacted the supplier's customer support and they were able to accommodate us by sending a SD card free of charge to resolve the issue. This is the second Botslab camera I have purchased. The first one I purchased is great- no problems. It can go to sleep mode and is very clear including no problems in windows with glare. I did not realize at the time of purchase that this one was different than the first one I got. THIS model is absolutely TERRIBLE. It does not have a sleep mode and I can not see ANYTHING with it in a window. All I see is glare. Even with the window up I can’t see anything through the screen. I tried to return it, but I don’t have the original packaging anymore so I’m stuck with this useless garbage that will go into a drawer somewhere. What a waste of money ... show more

Have two. Economical Pretty easy setup. Easy monitoring. BUT 2-way audio has never worked on either unit. I can hear what is happening at home but cannot talk TO pets or people remotely through the devices.
