I purchased this heat press for my mother. She was very excited when it arrived but then absolute sadness and anger. This press did not turn on at all. The paint was chipped and the matting was dirty. Literally appeared to be pre-owed and as I said, DID NOT TURN ON AT ALL. I am hoping to get a refund but this is absolutely ridiculous. The product was damaged. The front corner of the press had a big dent in it.

    • Don’t waste your money
This product does not open wide. I burn myself every time I put something in it. It’s very awkward putting the material on the pad because it doesn’t open enough and the pad sticks to the T-shirt or whatever I am pressing. Directions are a little hard but I finally figured it out. Not the best heat press for sublimation or DTF work because of the limited opening. I wish it pulled out or I should have gone with a swing press. Also, at 350°, my DTF’s were not sticking and I had to continue to go over it with more and more pressure. Clamshell design but doesn’t open enough, constantly burning my hands on the plates. Screen was defective. Instructions were not very clear. Cannot change to Fahrenheit only Celsius. Will return
