This car is amazing and is very fast but not so fast that it’s hard to control. This is the perfect car for beginners and RC car hobbyists and you can upgrade EVERYTHING on it and make it go significantly faster than stock as long as you get Hyper Go parts but even without mods it is great quality for the price and is very durable. My one grudge with the car is the wheelie bar comes uninstalled and the instructions aren’t very clear but it is necessary or the car will flip but still a very good car. One thing to note though it is a brushed motor and the brushes will wear out so you will need to replace the motor eventually but you can find it on Amazon for $22. ... show more

This RC car is incredibly well designed and functions great! I have multiple $400+ RC cars and this one can just about compare with how much detail, design and functionality went into it. It runs great, has good power and lasts for a while on one battery. I love that it comes with two batteries and has a deans connector, which is just a better connection for the battery to the power system which allows better performance. I would not hesitate to purchase this as this is a diamond in the rough kind of product at this price point. ... show more

The good. This is a great little truck for it's price. It can climb just about anything. It takes jumps pretty well, and with it's metal oilfilled shocks, it is very well planted even on asphalt. It drives through Grass pretty well too. the shocks come prefilled so there is no maintenance there. The speed at 70% is even pretty good for my 6yo son to learn on. the FN button to turn the light bar on is pretty cool. I tried this with a 3S Lipo..... it moves!! this is a good RTR truck for a child to learn on. hopefully they will make some aluminum hopups, and actually have some customer service....and that leads me to the bad. The BAD. The plastic CVD Stub axle will break, and the retaining pin will come out, and the ball/yoke will fall out. This will leave you with 3 wheel drive. It still drives, but it won't climb stuff. If you lose those 2 little metals parts in the yoke, you will not be able to find them Now on their page they have upgraded metal CVD Axles. I got these thinking it would fix everything. THEY DON"T FIT, they are 1.5MM too long. you can install them but they bid the rear shocks, and also they make a clicking sound when turning, and they bind the steering servo. What they don't say is you need to buy 2 of their upgraded metal Differentials as well. (They come with 1.5MM shorter metal axle cups) CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. The phone number doesn't work, and they have yet to respond to any of my emails. 1. I reached out to them about the broke plastic CVD Joints...Nothing. 2. I reached out to them about the metal CVDs being too long.... Nothing 3. Now, my Transmitter won't sync with the Cars reciever....Nothing The controller/transmitter is a little cheap feeling. I was able to machine 1mm off the inner bearing seating surface, and the axle cup from the metal CVD to make them work in the car, and it was running VERY WELL...but now I'm stuck with no transmitter. ... show more

Affordable. As a beginner, this is the best rc car I could have owned for the price and performance. Runs well constantly, it's quick. Husky can catch up to it, but can never take a bite at it, can switch directions very quickly to avoid that lol. 2 batteries, tools and some spare parts with back wheelie makes it good enought to me. Puts me at ease that it can hold itself around water and still work. ... show more

My son absolutely loves this race car. He has had a lot in the past but his is definitely the fastest. Highly durable and the body removal clips actually have a pull tag that make them easier to get on and off to charge the battery! We recently lost the body clips and customer service was great and agreed to ship some out right away. Would absolutely recommend this car. ... show more

    • Lovely R/C but does have some issues
Goes very fast!! My grandchild loves this car. Easy to operate for a 11 yr old. It doesn't operate well in grass though. It doesn't operate well when it goes through a puddle. It needs to "dry out" before it will operate again (so far!!)... Sometimes the battery falls out of the car. I don't know if I would purchase another one, I am doubtful on that. ... show more
