Updated 11/22/23: changed my 1 star review to 4. Ordered the 1 receiver 2 doorbell system back in June. Worked great when installed. It stopped working a few weeks ago (although it’s only been rang probably 10 times), replaced batteries and still doesn’t work. Can’t find a number for the lifetime warranty and too late to return. BUT company watches their reviews and responds asap! They have given me a full refund. Since they were so kind to do this I have ordered the same product again. If it was just a fluke that the other one stopped working, I will be back to change my review again. Changed the review because their customer service is great! ... show more

So we have an upstairs and downstairs area, this came with 2 receivers so we can hear regardless which floor we're on. The 3 doorbells for our 3 doors can be set to different rings. We know exactly which door people are at when they ring, no more guessing! Battery bell receivers so we don't need to use any valuable outlets or be restricted on where to put them.     • Works Well but 1000 feet is wishful thinking
The Plug and go system is simple enough. I did reprogram my 3 buttons to the 3 different receivers in different combinations in hopes that I would know which door was being rung. I placed the receivers and then walked to where the buttons would be placed and sadly 1000 feet was wishful thinking. The front door bell works well because the bell and receiver are within site and only have glass doors to work through but my back doors wouldn't work where I needed the receivers due to the stone walls. I'm lucky if I got 100 feet off them. the price is still ok if all 3 work but since I only needed 1 button and 1 receiver in the end I paid more than I would have liked. ... show more

I work in admissions in an ER and at the moment, I'm alone in the mornings until mid-shift comes in. This means, I'm the person at the admissions desk in the waiting room but I also need to check in the patients who come in by ambulance in the back. I don't know an ambulance has arrived unless security notices on the cameras and tells more or a nurse comes out to the waiting room to get me. I hated making the nurses come out to find me when they could be doing other things and this was my solution! Now, I give the doorbell button to the charge nurse and take the speaker out to the waiting room with me. When an ambulance arrives, the nurse hits the button and the light and chime alerts me to go back and get the patient's information. This doorbell works beautifully for the purpose. I love that it came with two buttons so I could also give one to security if needed and it was very convenient that it came with batteries included. I wish the lowest volume level could be a bit lower but that okay because there's also a setting with no chime and simply a flashing light. I could totally see the flashing light being a handy feature for hearing impaired customers! All-in-all, I'm quite pleased with this doorbell. It's a great option for renters whose landlords don't allow installing a doorbell with screws and who don't want to chance attaching a pricier doorbell with command strips. It's also really nice that you could take it with you if you're working in the back yard and still know if a visitor shows up. I'm thinking of getting another so I can keep the button out in the shop and the speaker in the kitchen. ... show more
