There isn't a lot I "like" about this monitor. The battery seems to be decent? 1) The magnetic mount isn't strong enough to hold the camera in position, it constantly slides down, so 2 hours after our daughter goes to bed, you can no longer see her because the camera slowly drops. Maybe I can zip tie it or use super glue to get it to hold? 2) The night vision is terrible... maybe if the camera was just a couple feet away it would be better, but from 9 feet away it starts our blurry and gets worse the more you zoom in. The picture is okay with the lights on at least, but we don't need the monitor then. 3) The monitor cannot be turned off when it's plugged in. It automatically turns itself on after about a minute, with no one in the room, no one else at home. By the end of the day, the monitor is very hot, because it's been on all day. Yes, there is a power off button, but the unit turns itself on constantly. 4) You cannot change much on the monitor. Motion/ sound activation cannot be controlled outside of the app, and even then, it's not great. The monitor is not easy to navigate, you have to just press the buttons to see what they do, there was no manual explaining how to use it or what it can do. 5) The app is just "okay." At least you can see the room remotely. It was difficult to set up because the QR code just wouldn't work. Then the wifi Connect kept failing over and over again. After 8-9 tries of literally doing the exact same thing again and again, the wifi set up finally worked. I definitely would NOT buy this again. We were excited to get it and get it set up, loved the idea of 2 cameras. We never even tried setting the 2nd camera up. Its just not worth the money. ... show more

I’ve got one camera in the nursery and one in my toddlers room. Install was easy, and I loooveee the magnetic feature of the camera to base. Makes adjustment very easy. You will need a cord protector so baby doesn’t grab it. The main hub is amazing and easy to navigate, haven’t had any issues and all the extra features are so great to have. Within the first 2 months the monitor started glitching. If I turned the video off, the whole thing would turn off without warning. Then at night it would randomly switch from 1 room to the other even on single room view mode. It also would randomly turn off in the middle of the night. The LAST thing you want to experience as a parent is that your monitor hasn't actually been monitoring your baby for who knows how long, because, again no warning, no beep or anything. The power light is bright green and kind of kills any blackout effect you might have set up. Customer service was by email. They responded every two days or so. Again, not the speed you'd hope for when trying to monitor a newborn. When they finally agreed to send a new monitor they wanted me to return the defective one at my cost. Then one of the 2 cameras stopped connecting. This thing was a huge headache and waste of money and because I bought I bought it early in preparation of baby, the 3 month return policy expired. Again HUGE waste of money and caused a lot of stress and work in an already stressful and busy time (newborn stage). ... show more

As stated in the title, it’s a good camera…not great but good. I’ve only had 2 problems with it so far. First, is that the home unit (or whatever it’s called) doesn’t hold a charge. I get maybe 2 hours out of it. If you use it for longer than that, you would have to keep it plugged in. Second, we mounted one of the cameras on the wall so it looks down over the crib. Well I guess maybe the camera is top heavy so it slowly moves downward. We had to rig it to stay where we wanted it. Other than that, the camera does its job by letting me see and hear my baby while she sleeps! ... show more

This is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted the ability to have 2 cameras connected to the same parent unit. I can see both cameras at the same time. I can also access the cameras via the app on my phone so if I’m not home I can still check in on my babies.

I haven’t had this product for even a year and everything has slowly stopped working, the first camera went out in the middle of the night and the second one won’t connect no matter what I try. I’ve even updated the app with 0 luck. The monitor itself says low battery even with a new battery and while plugged in. I contacted customer support and was asked to go through a list of options and to record myself doing these steps and send it back to them. That would take over 20+ minutes and I can’t even get my email to send a video that long. What a waste of money and time. I’ll never purchase anything from Hubble again!! ... show more
