As stated in the title, it’s a good camera…not great but good. I’ve only had 2 problems with it so far. First, is that the home unit (or whatever it’s called) doesn’t hold a charge. I get maybe 2 hours out of it. If you use it for longer than that, you would have to keep it plugged in. Second, we mounted one of the cameras on the wall so it looks down over the crib. Well I guess maybe the camera is top heavy so it slowly moves downward. We had to rig it to stay where we wanted it.     • Warrant not respected!! Volume button not working. Horrible customer service.

Update: After writing this review, a customer service manager reached out to us and was able to get a replacement unit sent. They then asked us to remove this review completely. I will not entire remove it, but I'll update to give 3 stars instead of two and soften the language too. Volume button not working. Horrible customer service. Warranty not upheld!!! The product is decent, but hardware is not durable at all. Within just 2 months the volume down button began not working, and we'd have to press down so hard on it to get it to lower volume. Finally even that didn't work, and that was 8 months. We contacted customer service, as it was still under warranty, and after 2 months.... They still haven't sent a replacement, though they said TWICE it will be sent!! We keep asking for tracking and the customer service representative Pedro comes back with "we'll have the tracking in a couple of days", or "we'll send the tracking info once we get it", finally he just stopped responding. Not honoring their own warranty? Never heard of this! ... show more

Purchased the twin version in November 2022. One would not connect to the app but they did work on the hand held device. Night vision is okay, it continually flipped from night to day vision with an audible click. First week of April 2023, one of the two cameras quit working all together. Tried to contact support, sent an email on April 7th 2023 and as of April 20th 2023, I had not received anything other than their automated email stating "You will receive a response in no more than two business days." So I emailed again on April 17th. Still nothing. Emailed again on April 18th. Finally April 19th I messaged their facebook page and got a response with a link to their website saying that I could utilize their live chat feature or email again. I contacted their live chat and got Felipe. He asked that I reset the camera and after that not working he told me he would replace the camera. I have attached the reset instructions below for anyone who needs them since getting a response is a pain in the butt. A) Turn your camera off. If your camera doesn't have a power switch, you can unplug it from power. B) Let it off for 1 minute. C) Then press and hold the PAIR button. D) Turn the camera ON or plug it back in while maintaining the hold on the PAIR button. E) Continue to hold the PAIR button for 2 minutes or until a long BEEP is heard. F) Release the PAIR button G) Wait for the camera LED to flash red so you start the setup. ... show more

I wanted a monitor that was both Wi-Fi for access on my phone and had a parent unit. That seemed impossible to find until my dad bought me this one! The camera quality is great, even in night vision. Super easy to set up! I actually mounted it using command strips and it has held up super well. The parent unit holds enough of a charge for me. I like having the app so I don't need to bring the monitor outside with me. This was my main reason for choosing this unit. I would agree with other reviews, the video quality isn't great, but it's good enough for me. Same with audio quality. The battery life is fine, much better than a different brand camera we used to have. However, there are two major drawbacks that we've noticed since using the cameras for about 9 months now. One, there is no audio when you have the monitor in dual screen mode. I was extremely upset the first time I actually used it when I suddenly realized my newborn was screaming, but nothing had been coming through to the monitor. We just set it to cycle between the two cameras now which is fine, but there's no way to see and hear both cameras at the same time. Two, even though the cameras are made to be able to hang on the wall, it doesn't actually work well to do it. Like other reviews say, the camera is on a magnet and does not stay in place while hanging on the wall. ... show more

    • Mediocre camera with irritating add ons

I would not buy this camera again. The day camera quality is fine - not great, not terrible. Night camera quality (which, truth be told, is all I use it for) is mediocre at best. I like that it has the separate screen for my nanny to use at home and an app for me to use while I’m away (it was its main feature I liked). Set up is easy but every time you travel you basically have to delete your profile and make a new one. The app is annoying - I have no need for music of for it to set up a night light. And I certify do not need an add for its subscription crevice popping up every time I open it. The absolute worst, though, and the reason I would never buy this again is the customer service. There is no phone number. There is an email that takes days to hear back from. And a chat on their site that occasionally works.     • Good monitor but the phone connection isn’t great

The monitor and screen it comes with work great. We would probably choose this one again but just be aware that the option to see them on your phone isn’t great. It works 60% of the time. Additionally our first camera didn’t connect even to the other panel so we had to use customer service to get a new one. They were very helpful and fast. In my research there really isn’t perfect monitor out there. We feel good about this one for the price and wanted one that was not only connected via Wi-Fi.
