This bike would be more for a younger child about 8 or younger. I bought for my 9 year old which is more on the taller size but it said 13 years of age. His legs stick out to side in a big way. He still loves it. So, we are keeping in. So easy to put together and took me a few to start it (confusing) but it was worth it. ... show more

I purchased TWO of these bikes and BOTH bikes have the same issue with running properly. On top of that i have to PAY to return. I wouldn't trust purchasing another one from this vendor.

One piece was broken upon opening, doesn't affect driving it but if I didn't need it Saturday for my son's birthday I would send it back smh.

    • Motor leaks oil like a sieve.

Opened box, added the recommended oil and it leaked out instantly towards the top end of the motor. Requested refund, we'll see.

Max speed listed as 18mph, I was able to get to 30mph and stayed there for a while. Surprisingly quick. Starts first pull on 93 octane. Pretty much what you'd expect from a sub-$200 pocket bike like this. I'm 5'9 and 165lbs. I sit all the way at the back with my legs resting on the footrest with knees tucked in. It doesn't have a front suspension and it can get really squirrely if you let it. Be careful. I already dropped it. "But the box says it can cause reproductive harm" - The exhaust comes out near the middle at the bottom of the bike. Obviously being near a running engine or being around carcinogenic things found in engines is carcinogenic. There's no avoiding this. "This/that is loose, chain falls off, this/that cracked" - It's a cheapo pocket bike. Tighten things gently, carefully line things up when you put the wheels on. If you don't like a bolt, grab a $20 assortment pack of nuts/bolts and put better ones on. It's easy to work on and it has been fun. My bike is from 2017 and i've owned it a few months now. I would recommend. Just be careful with your kids, this bike isn't slow. ... show more

Box damaged on arrival, product says it is safe, however when the package arrived there is a warning on the box that says it can effect reproductive health.
