Turning is very hard. They manufacturers did a poor job with the turning mechanism. It's not easy to turn at all even with using your weight. Not suitable for kids.

It didn't have the light up tires like the picture shows. That's the only reason I bought this. This is not worth the money at all. My daughter wasn't surprised about it at all. Her friend has one that the bar lights up on.
