Even though it appeared that the box owed Fedex money, the chair arrived without damage. Assembly was simple enough and the tool provided wasn't absolutely useless. The massage strength could be better but for this price its acceptable. The back is able to lock into any position from up to laying back. I think the only complaint is that as you recline the lumbar position seems to move to a bad location. This could just be the way I sit but it feels like I have to sit further back on the chair for it to be comfortable. The footrest is acceptable. ... show more

Very easy to put together. But this chair feels really cheap made, I thought it would be good made since it has a metal bottom to it. The arm rests are flimsy and wheels doesn't roll very well.
