The chair sits very good! I love that it heats too. I hate a leather office chair because you stick and get cold. The fabric on this chair is perfect. Not hot or cold, perfect balance. The color turned out to be better than I was expecting. It is a standard/basic gray, yet it ties in well with my taupe and warmer colors. Definitely glad I picked this color. Also it vibrates and the vibrator and heater will shut off after a period of time which is great for safety. Very good chair for a very good deal… it also only took me 20 minutes to put together. Overall I really like my chair. I had an issue with a manufacturing defect preventing me from adding two of the screws to secure the chair and the seller sent me a new one right away. Unfortunately my second chair had a massager out of place but the seller was really helpful in offering a discount so that I would feel better about keeping the chair. It has held up well so far and I work from home with issues since I had covid last year and the reclining feature is so comforting. The chair itself I find very comfortable. I am 5’3 and about 130 lbs and although the chair is a little tall, it fits my desk perfectly and I am comfortable whether I let my feet dangle or use a foot rest while not reclined. I can sit in it for about 8-10 hours very comfortably. The only downfall in my opinion is the lack of quality control. I also thought the massagers would move or knead but I didn’t read the description that carefully and still find the stationary vibration to be very nice. ... show more

This is a pretty good chair. The seat cushion is very comfortable. The reclining feature is nice to stretch your legs out from working all day. The only down side is the massage feature. The massager work well but the hard nodes don't have much padding on them. Over a little time, they start to hurt your back since the padding is so thin over them. I've had to put a small blanket over them so they don't press in my lower back. In hindsight, I should have gotten the regular one that didn't have the massage option as I don't use it that much and it wouldn't hurt my back. My husband ordered me an office chair with excellent reviews for my birthday to help with my back pain, neck pain, and neuropathy. However, the first chair was crooked and had numerous defects. Despite disassembling and reassembling it several times, the problem persisted. The holes drilled into the seat and backrest were poorly done, making the armrests uneven, and the leg rest would slip out and hit the back of my knees whenever I sat down or stood up. When my husband contacted the seller, they demanded that we pay for the return shipping fee. So, we reached out to Amazon, who contacted the seller on our behalf. The next day, the seller offered to send us another chair, which we assembled. Unfortunately, this one was also defective. Unlike the previous chair, it did not allow me to put my feet flat on the floor, and I had to sit on the edge to do so. Additionally, I had to physically get up from the chair and go to the side to use the lever to adjust the height, which was a problem for me since I have neck and back issues and sit in my office chair for long hours while running my business. The previous chair was at least better in this regard, allowing me to sit with my back against the backrest and feet flat on the floor and use the back massager without any problems. Sadly, we had already disposed of the previous chair, so I cannot go back to using it. I refuse to pay the return shipping fee for a defective chair, and I will be contacting Amazon to dispute it if the seller insists on charging me a shipping fee to return it. Neither I nor my husband can easily take this chair to UPS to send it back, and I worry that I will be stuck with it, which might worsen my neuropathy and neck and back pain. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I regret buying this chair. I will never again purchase anything that is not offered through my Prime membership. It was disappointing to find out that the chair, which had excellent reviews, turned out to be defective. The first chair was a letdown, and my hopes were high when my husband told me that we would be getting a replacement. However, the second chair was also defective and did not meet the expectations set by the reviews. I feel that it is unfair to ask me to pay a return shipping fee for a product that is not as advertised. I cannot sit on the edge of the chair because it does not allow me to put my feet on the ground or sit with my back against the backrest. It was heartbreaking to receive a defective chair for my birthday, and I do not want to try another one of these chairs. I hope that if you order this chair, you have better luck than me, but if not, remember that I warned you about the defects that I received when ordering this chair. ... show more

Bought this item and it was quickly shipped to my house, putting it together took really no time since the instructions were very clear. I bought this for my gf to use in our office together and I must say that the extended leg support is a nice touch. She's in school and has fallen asleep in the chair when reclined so I must say that this is a very good chair. I think for the price of sub $200 this is a really good chair. Build quality and stitching of the chair is good as well so I know it'll last us a few years if we take care of it. ... show more

I have had this chair for almost 2 years. The armrests come loose often, I have to tighten up the screws about once a month. The entire back of the seat is loose and moves side to side and has since day one. The seat was nice and comfy at first but within a couple weeks the cushion was flattened. It feels like I am sitting on a piece of wood. When using the leg rest it makes my knees and back hurt, I think it's because it has your legs at an awkward downward angle. Even though I am well below the weight limit the seat will not stay raised up, drops all the way down again when I sit in it and has since about a month after I got it. ... show more

Seat cushion is hard and uncomfortable. Some of the bolt holes poorly made, so bolts come loose easy. Foot rest cheaply made. The recline doesn't have any resistance. This chair has been a blessing since I sat in it. The heating and massage features help when sitting for a long period of time. I can feel the massage devices in my lower back but it is not terrible.
