The back has four massage points that work wonders, and the heating function is a nice touch for those long days. When the chair was put together and plugged in, it did not work. No heat, no massage. Amazon suggested contacting the manufacturer which I did. They would not help because we bought it through Amazon and not directly through them. To return the chair we have to pay for shipping on a defective item. Heat level is almost non existent. Shows there is heat and massage in seat but there is not. Chair is comfortable but I bought for the heat and massage feature.

Had the product less than a month and the cord already broke. The quality of the cord was lacking from the moment we took it out of the box so we tried to be careful with it but it didn't matter. Quality was already too bad to do anything. Luckily the chair is comfy enough that I can still use it, but I'm sad that the extras won't work anymore. This item replaced a similar home office chair that had become unfixable. The chair from HomRest arrived promptly and was easy to assemble, despite missing instructions and a couple of parts. Quick response from the vendor provided instruction and parts and ll works as intended. This chair features some back-friendly options...built-in heating pad, adjustable lower back support, and low-voltage vibrator. In addition, it includes a pull-out footrest, seat back tilt to about 130-degrees, and the usual 5-wheel rolling platform and up and down adjustment. I'd write more, but I feel a little nap coming on. I can just slip out the footrest, tilt the seat...and snooze. ... show more
