We purchased a similar sunbeam brand block of knives 7 yrs ago. Now they are dull. This too is branded Sunbeam. Not the same. Seration is larger and jagged. Blades are visably not straigjt on the steak knives. Most do not cut straight. Wish we could find the old set...

I finished moving into my first apartment about a month again and this was an awesome first set! But I’m definitely looking for a new one. They rust easily, and get lots of water in the handle even if you don’t leave it in water just washing them will get water in the handle. Cutting potatoes was extremely hard and I thought it was just me and I had my boyfriend try and he said they seemed a bit dull maybe? I just knew it felt like I was going to chop a finger off, cutting a potato has never been that hard! But I do still have it because it’s not too bad it’s livable until I can afford different ones. But if you’re looking for something long term I wouldn’t suggest these. ... show more
