I purchased my original system about 3 years ago for home security monitoring. The home is located in a cold climate and i can honestly say the system works perfectly and i have had no problems with system working in a cold climate. The system is easy to install and the wifi connectivity is very impressive. My original system has six cameras with both inside and outside locations. After purchasing this items and having it installed and also purchasing an additional camera. The 4 camera that came with the bundle 3 of the 4 cameras worked properly but the 4th camera would not connect and still hasn’t been auto connect the 4th camera. Now, as stated, I did purchase a 5th camera that was install led and connected properly. After being sent another system, it was advised to take a camera front the box and install that camera which in turn still wouldn’t connect to the system. The installer attempted to connect all the cameras in the box none in which would not connect to the system. Bottom line, I am unable to connect but 4 cameras to a 16 channel system. That’s have been a nightmare, I have spent addition money for the installer to come out both time they had to come out to attempt to connect the additional cameras. It certainly not worth the time or money spent on this system. No help from Amazon or the seller tech support! ... show more

This system has already paid for itself! The clarity of the videos is incredible! Like I said, we had a Hiseeu NVR for a few years and the harddrive went bad so we bought this one and were able use the old cameras with the new system and they work great!! Straightforward to install and works well. I have a complaint about the ads however. When you install the screen shows icons to scan supposedly to get a phone app. It took me to a useless paysite that signed me up for a $60 a month streaming service. I was able to cancel, but this is slimy.

I am very pleased with the picture quality of this system and the monitor is a bug plus because I can keep an eye on my stuff while I'm watching TV at the same time. The all in one monitor w/ 3 TB hard drive was an easy set up. The cameras have a wider angle than previous versions. I replaced an older hiseuu system. So I am a repeat customer. Their customer service is excellent.
