I’d been looking for a sturdy weighted vest for a while and finally gave this one a try. It fits well, wears comfortably, and provides the right amount of weight for me personally (12lbs, never wore a weighted vest before). It has an adjustable strap so you can make sure it’s snug.

I’m 5’0 and weigh 110. This vest fits perfectly and is a great addition to walking my dog. I like to get a workout in but while stopping a lot for his sniffs, I’m not getting my heart rate up. This vest has helped with that. While it’s not a full workout, it’s also good for long term bone density

I wasn’t sure what to expect but since injuring myself I needed to focus on low impact activity. I bought this to up my walking game. The vest is very comfortable with the weight evenly distributed. For reference, I am 5’8” and 160 lbs. I appreciate the strap at the breast area to secure it snugly, since I purchased the 12 lb vest. I read other posts about there being a smell, my vest did not have a smell. I’ve lost 2.5 lbs the first week using this. I read somewhere that a weighted vest should be 10% of your weight so I opted for the 12 lb teal one. It’s great. Out of the box, I was worried it would be too heavy, but the weight distribution makes it feel like hardly anything while wearing. The design also allows for almost any movement with your arms, though I haven’t tried running in it. My husband keeps nabbing it for his weekly pushups, and he is much thicker than I am. He loves the added challenge and I am impressed that he can wear it also. Unbuckled of course. That being said, it does seem more like it was designed for a smaller frame. My husband has a fairly broad chest. I do wish that the chest strap was a bit higher. It snaps just above the ladies. I could see it potentially being uncomfortable for someone with a larger chest.
