Outstanding customer service! When I lived California I couldn't survive without this in my cupboard!! I even when to the corporate office of the main Grocery store in the small town I lived in with the form on this company's website to get them to stock this product! When we moved to Washington State I actually went and purchase a stockpile of it before we left California! I was devastated after I ran out! I've tried many other brands, blends and even tried to "create" my own! Now we are in Hawaii and I am thrilled that I can now get it wherever we get shipped to via Amazon!! I will never have to search for and use similar but subpar spices again! My husband is even thrilled because he didn't realize how much he loved this spice until we ran out. This is a fabulous quality spice and the flavor truly makes a huge difference in the flavor of your cooking!! Tonight, we are going to grill steaks using this again for the first time in 3 years!! It may seem silly to be so passionate about "just a spice blend"...but once you've tried it, you will truly understand!!! ***Update*** Since not having acces to Pappy's for awhile, I attempted to use it in conjunction with other "marinades" I've been using on tonight's Tri Tip. BIG MISTAKE!!! This is all you need for marinating your Tri Tip!!! Don't use anything else and also remember that a little goes a long way!! I made two Tri Tips tonight. One with just Pappy's and another with other ingrediants plus Pappy's. The one with ONLY Pappy's was the winner by far!!! In fact, the one made with the other marinade went uneaten and no one wanted to take home any leftovers if it. This is an awesome stand alone seasoning!!
