Hesitant to stray too far from my known sources, I saw that it was McCormick (a well-known brand) and gave it a try. I have been very pleased. The spice is pretty intense overall and suitable to add to fresh sauce and sprinkle on frozen or deli pizza before cooking to give it a much better flavor. A blend of spices gives you an intense but not overpowering aroma and flavor. You really don't need to add much to improve the pizza greatly. This is a very good seasoning mix! The smell alone is yummy, but the taste is just right for Mediterranean without being overwhelming. I like to sprinkle it on salad and baked chicken.
