  • A Truly Tasty Chicken Meal in SEVEN MINUTES
Sometimes BBQ Masters simply don't want to deal with a mess. Sometimes kitchen chefs want something tasty, quick and simple. This seasoning satisfies all and is a breeze for a meal of six or just one. My suggestion is to try a taste test on a single piece of chicken. It might be spicy enough by itself. For others, a small shake of ground red pepper might better satisfy you. I admit I favor this. As packaged, the red pepper gives a mild kick but does not overwhelm the other spices: onion, garlic, paprika, orange peel, etc. so it works for all. MY 7 MINUTE DINNER: we have already cooked large containers of penne and broccoli (they're fridge staples that disappear in 2-3 days). For the chicken, we season, then grill or pan broil in an olive oil covered skillet. Takes five minutes, and towards the end, we reheat the pasta and broccoli with a tablespoon of butter and mix. When all is done, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Incredibly tasty as is, you can enhance with any number of other veggies and toppings: salad dressings and cheese work GREAT! Feeds six to eight easily and cleanup is a breeze. Kickin Chickin is also highly recommended on pork and even fish and turkey, but for my tastes, nothing beats adding it to chicken with broccoli (or another green) and pasta. I promise you will not be disappointed and if you feed me, I'll come over and make it for you! ... show more

  • THE perfect spice when you need a bit of good tasting spice!
Cut up 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, uniform size. Cover with spice. The more you use, the warmer it gets. Drizzle a bit of olive oil, set aside. Dice up 3 large colored peppers, a whole red or white onion, (or 1/2 of each) use spice, drizzle with olive oil. Get large wok or frying pan. Turn burner to high hot heat. When it’s hot hot, toss in the peppers and onion, toss around. Cook about 3-4 mins. Remove and set aside. Start your white rice in steamer. Same pan, toss in the chicken. High heat, resist turning to soon, it tastes best with a smidge of color. Ok 3 mins or so, turn the pieces. Judgement because everyone’s burned are different. So turn then check the fattest piece, pink? Cook a bit more. Not pink, toss in the cooked onions and peppers. Get warm, then serve with white steamed rice. Add salt to taste. Sometimes, at the very end I’ll add a can of coconut milk, some fresh cut tomatoes, cover for about 2 mins. Could use 1/2 and 1/2. Could add a 1/2tsp cornstarch to coconut milk for a bit thicker sauce. Serve over rice or pasta. ... show more
