Please don't waste your money...I have used it on my sore aching ankles and feet from being on them long hours at work,it doesn't do anything and use Tylenol and Ibuprofen as well ..it doesn't help me at all,needed relief right away and used a generous amount several times within a few hours and it did absolutely nothing..please don't bother with it,you will be highly disappointed... ... show more
