I have an inoperable shoulder injury that I've been told to manage the pain any way I can. Traction, deep tissue massage and Tiger Balm that's my formula. I've been a fan of the little jars of ointment since I was a kid. I saw the patches and figured I've wasted money on more foolish things, how bad could they be right? Not only do they work great but they last all day. I wouldn't say 24 hours but a solid 12 hour of comfort when I wear one. I actually keep a few of these in the first aid kit at the shop. And they are very cost effective. While back my Dad had given me one of his prescription lidocaine pads and I got to say wasn't even close to Tiger Balm patches. I am so happy Tiger Balm comes in patches!!!! This is by far the best patch for pain relief! It goes on cold but heats up perfectly! Worth the money!!!

    • Tiger balm is great for making fatigued, pulled or strained muscles feel better
The patches work really well because they keep the product on your muscle (enabling the pain relief and heating more effectively) and not on your clothing. I also enjoy the scent.
