I have used this product on my ankle and for my tennis elbow and it works but only for a short time maybe 25 minutes to a half hour. It gives you temporary relief but only for a short time.

This product does work. However, the top was defective and leaks all over the entire bottle. I didn’t have another one so I used it but have to wash my hands immediately . I never had this issue before. I didn’t drop it either.

I really like this! I was having hip pain and really helped. You can spray with the can upside down. Nice when it’s a hard to reach area.
