This has been the best natural pain cream I’ve found. The patches and cream last for long periods. It’s a nice cooling, refreshing sensation not overpowering like some of the other stuff and the products smell lovely. My absolute favorite muscle pain relief products!

I'm not sure about pain relief. Maybe if your pain is mild, it will help but I didn't see much difference in my han, knee or back pain. It's almost like Vicks but milder in scent and not greasy. It's a thicker lotion and blends right into skin nicely. If you love rubbing Vicks all over without the super sting or petroleum, then diffinently get this. I would buy again ... show more

I was disappointed with this product. I had high hopes - after all, it was a natural formulation of something that has been used effectively for eons - white willow, which is the basic ingredient in aspirin, an anti-inflammatory. But looking at the label, the active ingredient is *not* white willow bark extract, it's menthol. The white willow bark extract is the *last* ingredient, meaning that there probably isn't much of it. And while it smells nice and has a slight cooling effect, it really doesn't offer any lasting relief for the inflammation in my wrist. I'm afraid that I will have to try something else. ... show more
