I felt to effect other than lotion so I asked two other people to try mine. Both individuals said they felt no effect—not even cooling menthol. This works the best for my granddaughter’s cramps of things she has tried. She says it’s very effective for an hour and then effectiveness begins to wear off. Please keep in mind, she has severe cramping. This product is the most effective yet.
