I have sciatica and did sessions of Physical Therapy but still has the pain in my lower back, hip, leg and ankle. I tried the Hemp gel and it eased my pain and got rid of the stiffness in my hip muscles. I bought a jar for my sister-in-law who has severe back pain. She claimed it helped her and let her brother tried it. He claimed it worked. It didn't get rid of my pain totally. I still have my pains daily and the rub get rid of it when I used it. I can sleep comfortable at nights and wake up free pain in the mornings. The price is a bit steeper compared to other pain creams I have used and the menthol odor is as high as other pain creams. Who cares about odor when it works. I will be receiving 3 jars from Amazon on Monday. The ads says it helps back pain , sore muscles and joints. That is exactly what it does. ... show more

I use to have a CBD Freeze cream and it was amazing but sadly I ran out and it's been out of stock. So I tried this gel and it doesn't have a cooling effect like I was hoping for. I have severe chronic migraines and the cooling effect helps my migraines so much. But this gel did nothing. Is ok for minor pain I guess but I guess each person will be different. I don’t usually write negative reviews but feel the need to for this gel/cream since it’s completely ineffective and is falsely advertised. I’ve tried using it a couple times in hopes that some effects would take place and that I’d feel some pain relief from the product, but it does nothing. You may feel a slight cooling sensation when first applied but that is due to it being a gel-based cream and not because it’s a “premium cold therapy hemp gel” like it says it is. Almost immediately the sensation is gone and the pain is back- so maybe the one true thing about it is that it does absorb into your skin quickly but in a negative way since the cooling relief it claims to be “long-lasting” almost instantly is gone and so you are back to square one and feel exactly how you did prior to application. Lastly- there is definitely a bad scent to it - not awful and not strong menthol or anything - but it’s advertised as “fragrance free” and that’s not true. I've been in excruciating pain for months due to the worsening of CT in my wrists/hands that I've battled for about 30 years now. It had moved up my arms, and so bad on my right elbow, it's caused my right arm to be almost completely incapacitated. I've also been living with extensive pains for the last few years throughout my torso, especially my mid-back, as a result of surgery for cancer. The surgery resulted in multiple incisions cutting muscle, nerves, and ribs for an esophagectomy. Received my order on Friday and immediately started using it. In less than 24 hours, I have relief from pains I never would have imagined possible. I work from home and am on the computer 10-16 hours a day. Working with mostly one arm has been near impossible these last few months. It's now the 6th day, less than a week later, I'm working in my office, without horrible pain, and without a single brace. I have multiple different braces for my wrists and elbows due to the carpal tunnel and so much prefer not having to wear them to work. I am still using my small stabilizer brace on my right wrist which is nothing compared to the large, bulky night and day braces!! In addition, after 6 days of using XXL - I've discontinued the 2x daily Aleve. After 4 days of use, my daily routine is now to remove my CT sleep braces in the morning, apply XXL. Use again another couple times during the day and not using CT day braces but for one small stabilizer brace on my right wrist as needed which is usually not until the evening when I leave my office for the day and work with my laptop. When I get ready for bed I apply the last dose for the day, wrap my elbows and wrists, and put on my night braces. Knowing full well that everyone's body chemistry is different and not all have the same success with products, I'm absolutely thrilled and feel this is one of the best products I have ever tried. I hope everyone living with aches and pains has success as well. Thank you for this product. I will continue using it for as long as it helps me so I can resume leading a normal life. ... show more

Verified Purchase Wonderful, Terrific, Unbelievable. These are the only words I can use to describe my relief. I do not do reviews. I had to tell people about this. The strongest thing I could find out there. This is it so far. I never used hemp creams before. A friend said dip your finger in this jar and try this. I placed a couple of drops on my wrist joint, rubbed it in for 5 minutes. And realize most of the pain was gone 15 mins later. So I bought some online right away at Amazon. Soon as I got it I rub more on my wrist my hip where I've been in agony and have gotten 10 or 12 shots in the past (shots not working). I rubbed it on my hip and 88% of the pain is gone. Best part is I get the worst cramping ever in my thigh-leg-top and it cured it - so far. I have been in pain for so, so long (pain level 8-9). In fact,that when my wife read this back to me I teared up. Any Relief felt I'll TAKE IT! I would get this just for the cramping relief. It makes life painless. I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A BATH IN THIS STUFF! LOL. Just as I said before! ... show more
