I bought this monitor/camera for my 4th baby. Our prior monitors had always lasted us several years, but it was time for a new one. I really liked this monitor and camera. It has a great range and I really like how I can adjust the camera remotely. I can see my baby easily no matter if it's dark or light in her room. It plays lullabies and I have the ability to talk to my baby through the monitor. The sound is very clear. After just over a year of use, our monitor very suddenly stopped playing sound. At first I was disappointed to see this one wouldn't last as long as other monitors we had previously used. I reached out to Hello Baby customer support via the link provided on the Amazon page where I purchased it. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a reply the very next day. I was able to send a video to show what was working and what was not working. Hello Baby support promptly offered to send me a new monitor. From my initial reach out, to receiving the new monitor, it was just a few days. I would definitely purchase Hello Baby products in the future or recommend them to others. This is the best baby monitor on the market. There is nothing of its quality in its price range. It has a camera that can be moved remotely. It has a large high-quality screen. It has a good quality microphone option for talking to your kids through their cameras. It conveniently scrolls through multiple cameras at perfect intervals. It has good battery life. The cords are nice and long for ease of use. It’s pretty durable. I like that it tells the temp (though I don’t know how accurate that feature is). I’ve recommended it to all the moms I know. I think it’s amazing for the price too. I noticed the battery lasts like 3 days for me which is amazing. I received this camera as a gift roughly a year ago. After a few months of use, the sound stopped working on the monitor. I reached out to the company and let them know what happened, and worked with a lovely representative name Nora! She went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the issue, and when we could not get it working, they offered to work with me on sending a new monitor. We love this monitor! It has so many neat features, including temperature of the room and lullabies to play through the sound. It also has great visual even at night. Couldn't give 5 stars because cause video quality isn't the best like at all but you CAN see clearly , camera delay to monitor is very minimal, and hear sound clearly through the monitor and camera both.
