    • Bad Heat plate.
This is the second heat press I have bought. The first one the pressure was not even trough out the plate so the prints kept peeling off uneven and leaving some of the design on the clear paper. This press the plate has no heat. So I've gotten two bad presses.

What can I say… The thing does exactly what it is supposed to do. Has all the bells and whistles to make production fast and efficient. The was an issue with the drawer handle waking or being broke, but a replacement part was send out same day. And, the customer service was fantastic!
