First an foremost, upon opening and assembling this product. I notice the instructions were not easily understood, no room for error because It was mostly pictures. While that helped with easy assembly it didn't help with trouble shooting. Also It says on the instructions that the warrenty for mug press (90 days) & other parts (1 year) generally don't work after 1 year. The pre assembled handle isn't sturdy, sometimes creating ghosting. The suggested temps actually burnt my items and I had to buy more blanks. So I finally did trial & error with the temp then reduced it by 20 seconds. ... show more
