Wow it's a great size and a great price. Mine came overnight pkgd very well. It was in excellent condition. The color is so pretty. Everything works great ! Heats up fast and cools down fast. The resting plate is really well constructed. I worried because it was half the price of name brand. However it is a quality machine in my opinion. The dust bag that came us so soft. I've had no problem with anything I've put down coming up. I appricate the digital display. It's very easy to work with. Most impressive is it came with a booklet that give you a chart on all heating and timing. I printed out the chart and laminated it ,hanging it by where my cricut and press is. A great buy overall. UPDATE! WOW! After I wrote the review below, the vendor reached out to me and replaced the press at no cost to me. I am so impressed and very grateful. The new press works perfectly! I purchased this press in November 2023, I only used it a handful of times, but noticed that print transfers were uneven (see photo). I thought it may have been my technique - not applying sufficient pressure. However, after having used it a bit more, I now realize that there is a fault with the press and the heat is uneven. I would have returned it but I missed the window of opportunity. I'm very disappointed. ... show more

Having owned a Cricut (same size) for a year it is easy to compare the two. The Cricut started running cool after 1 year and 2 weeks. We would have to set it at 350 degrees to make a shirt. That would put the IR thermometer close to the 315 degrees needed. Cricut would not warrant any type of replacement and their answer was to sell us a new one. Not to get burnt twice, we purchased the Konduone. We have made 3 or 4 shirts and they came out perfect. The Konduone is a bit lighter which can be good or bad. The Konduone is new to the heat press market with this model just coming out the first part of January so there were not many reviews but we decided to take a chance. The Konduone price is better than the Cricut so let's just hope that it last for more than a year. So far, so good! ... show more

If you are just getting started and on a budget this little thing it wonderful. You can store it away when not in use and it heats up quickly when you get ready to use. I love the auto shut off because I get busy weeding and there's no need for it to be on but I forget to turn it off!

I took the chance and purchased this heat press over its competitors (this was the cheapest for its size) and after receiving and using the device for the first time last night, I am highly regretful of my purchase. Immediately after removing the press from the packaging, I noticed a giant scratch running the entire length of one of the sides, large gashes on the handle and corners of the press, resulting in an abrasive/rough surface, huge gaps between the different colored pieces, nicks, and dings all over but, none of which compared to where the machine's exterior/skin IS ALREADY peeling & chipping away where it meets the heat plate. These are not things you would see in a NEW PURCHASE -- I don't remember buying used, you'd expect a new product to be in pristine condition, not mistaken for being used. POOR assembly/production job is more than evident. Additionally, the "feasibility" of this press does not outweigh the lack of heat it provides. I used this press on three different items after receiving it and out of the three items, not a single one had the vinyl adhere to it. I unplugged the press, put it back into its box, and finished pressing my items with my older, apparently much more reliable, press I already had. Please do not make the same mistake that I did and opt for the cheaper option when deciding which press to purchase; this $90.00 IRON isn't going to offer you any more than Grandma's Iron in the cupboard that's been around longer than your existence. ... show more
