I recently purchased the SmarketBuy 16x24 Inch Heat Press Machine, and while it arrived much faster than expected, the packaging left a bit to be desired. The box was slightly mangled, and the foam protection inside was busted, which caused some scratches on the machine. Fortunately, despite the cosmetic damage, the machine was still in fair condition and worked perfectly out of the box. The 16x24-inch size is ideal for large projects, and the digital controls make it easy to adjust the heat and time settings for different materials. The 1800W power delivers consistent heat, and the clamshell design provides the high pressure needed for flawless transfers. So far, my t-shirts have come out vibrant and professionally done. Even though the packaging was an issue, the machine's performance made it well worth it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it, but it would be great if the packaging could be improved for better protection during shipping. ... show more

One word....PRESSURE! Pressure is so important when it comes to heat pressing and I've had to return a couple of presses because the pressure was lacking or inconsistent! So far this heat press has been worth every penny!

Almost burned myself, I returned this product twice, first time it arrived damaged! Second time realized it was not made with safety in mind. Wife almost slipped placing clothing to press and I did as well. Poor design with bottom not being stable. And it was a hassle to return. Manufacturer asked to just take 30 bucks off on the damaged one. We said no, we pay 300 bucks for a dented item because the packaging was not good enough to handle the delivery, not our problem. This product arrived one time, out of the box it took me 5 minutes from start to finish to put it together. Didn’t look at instructions was very easy. Easy to use and works amazing.
