I love how this heat press is multi-purpose!! It's excellent for beginners and it's design allows anyone (even in a small space) to get into heat pressing! It can do shirts/flat items (likes totes), ceramic plates, hats, and multiple sizes of cups/mugs! Because of the versatility this machine is a good value for the money. It's easy to set up and use... there are instructions included and depending on the intended use (it come set up for flat pressing) then some parts will need to be swapped out on the machine. An Allen wrench is needed to do this however there wasn't one included. Also the control board/screen panel has to be slid on a spot on the side of the machine and the cable that comes off the heat press will need to be plugged into. As far as assembly it look intimidating because there are a lot of parts but it's actually very simple. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this multi-purpose heat press... I recommend it! ... show more

This is dangerous. Aside from the accessories not heating evenly and the tumbler press having a stuck bolt, I almost just got massively burned. I had put the unit back together after using the hat press (horrible) and went back to the heat press. After heating to 360 i go to swing the top out to put my dtf on and the bolts connecting the top clamshell gave way and the top was hanging off my table 2 inches from my leg by literally the cord connected to the temp control. When I grabbed the handle to pull the unit up, the entire bottom of the clamshell falls. The track had completely bent!! Thankfully I wasn’t burned and nothing around the unit was broken but oh my word please do not buy this. Not only are there zero instructions but the material it is made of is garbage. Keep in mind I have had this about 2 weeks and only used it a handful of times. This is going back immediately. ... show more

Barely 4 starts. The first thing I am noticing is a lack of information/instructions on how to operate such a massive multi-part machine produces a huge danger component from the extreme heat functionality. Checked the product page to see if a video or additional instructions are provided, there is nothing. Nothing comes up in www search. Pros: Love the style and the ease of use once all the components are figured out. The machine heats up quickly and it's nice to have the digital displays, however, still unsure how to use or program the 3 modes (again no proper instructions). Designs press easily and quickly upon the item/garment. Cons: Swing arm should have a lock mechanism to prevent injury (oh it does, found it on the back of the swing neck). Only after it swung unintentionally a few times and almost burned me and broke my Macbook Screen did I even notice the knob. The electrical box does not snap into place it literally just hangs on the side of the machine. Relevant when swapping out attachments, it's hit the ground twice when moving it totally forgot it was not snapped on and it went tumbling to the floor, a damaged electrical box renders the machine useless. The learning curve is achieved by fumbling around in the dark. Be sure to explore the attachments and the machine while unplugged and unheated. On more than one occasion I could have been burned by the machine due to fumbling around with it trying to figure it out. When swapping out the t-shirt press for the hat press, the heated top plate just dropped down due to the weight bearing plate on the bottom being removed 1st. Here would be a great caution insert in the manual, please remove the top heat plate first to avoid injury. Based on the limited instructions, it's assumed that the user knows how to use a heat press machine. After watching a few online videos, I was able to get the just of it and how to swap the attachments. It's a lot of assembly and disassembly to use it rendering it a non-smart design. The machine is made with decent materials, and I love the blue, however, the one I received is damaged in some places, not sure if previously used or just manufacturing defects.     • Saves space and time with one machine

This 8 in 1 heat press is perfect for my crafting as it has allowed me to save space in my craft room by only having to use one machine. It also saves time since I don't have the space and I don't have to put one machine away and get another one out. It is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it but it can be tricky at first learning how everything goes together and works. I did mess up a few items before figuring everything out so I recommend you have some practice items on hand before trying to do an actual project. Some things I like about this machine are the large pressing area so I am not limited by size for my project. It seems to lock down the project well and the swing arm is a nice added feature for ease and safety. It heats up to the selected temperature and heats evenly. The digital controls are easier than the knobs. I don't think by any means this is a top of the line machine and you can figure that out just based on price. It is a great all in one middle of the road machine that allows you to do a wide variety of items which is great for the home crafter or infrequent user. If you are thinking about doing this as a business it would work as a starter machine. I have only had it about a month so I don't know how long it will perform at it's peak. ... show more
