It was late in delivery but not the vendor's fault but the weather's. I was anxious in getting this machine. I didn't think much of the instructions. Not much in the way of time/temp for settings for different materials. I wasn't sure what to set it the machine to for Cricut hat I had. Had to do some Searches and guess at settings; results were not good. I need practice and better instructions to use this. Overall it was easy to setup; set time and temp; put the cap in place; and press a design with parchment guarding the platen.
