Allowed it to heat up for 10 mins to only having light heat and mostly water come out. Used on granite surface and felt cold to the touch. This wound not clean anything with cold water and light steam

Don’t do it. It stopped working correctly within 30 minutes. Steam started coming out of the button instead of the nozzle and will burn you. Apparently the Bissel version of this product they copied is being recalled because of steam coming out of incorrect parts, which was the exact thing that happened to me. It started overheating bad without me even using—just while testing it. Worked wonderfully for the 20 minutes I got out of it, but not worth it. Don’t do it. ... show more

I don’t know why I waited so long to get a steam cleaner and this is a perfect little machine and I ended up cleaning most of the house. The attachments are easy to use and to swap out while using. I used a promo code and get it for almost 1/2 off, so incredible value.

This steamer is helping me get things clean that I never thought I could! It's pretty lightweight even when filled with water. It's easy to work and holds a good amount of water. It pressurizes incredibly fast and though it has to be pugged in for that I've been unplugging it for some things that are not within reach if the chord and it stays pressurized and hot for a long time. I’ve just taken my hand steamer out of the box and tested it to make sure it’s in working order. It heated up quickly and has a nice steady strong spray. Hope it lasts a long time!

I tried this as soon as I got it. Was concerned right away as it looked like it had been repackaged. There is a greasy looking stain inside packaging. When trying it it worked just OK, not very much power. I’m going to try it again but not impressed so far!
